Someone probably already asked...

These are the most common questions we get. If yours is original, first of all we like the way your brain works, and second, we probably can find time to answer it.  Click the button & add one more thing to our to-do list. Thaaaanks.

We get these questions a lot...

Do your planners work for people without ADHD?

Absolutely. They work for anyone whose brain is a little (or a lot) chaotic. If you've ever walked into a room and forgot why — this is for you.

Are the planners dated?

Nope. Start whenever. Tuesday. March. The middle of a crisis. We don't judge.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently US only but we're working on it. Chaos knows no borders.

Can I request a custom color or order?

Yes! Hit us up on the custom orders page. If it involves paper, we can probably make it happen.

What's your return policy?

If something arrives damaged, we'll fix it. We don't do refunds on "I changed my mind" because we're a small business run on caffeine and hope.

Why is it called Ollie & Oak?

Ollie & Oak was created in my mind for years but when my 19-month-old nephew Oliver or "Ollie Bear" as we called him, tragically passed away. I had to find some way to cope and was struggling to take care of basic needs for myself & my family. I created the original 7 day Reset checklist for me & shared it with my sister in hopes it might help her as well. I followed it and it helped. So, I created a system for my daughters too and added a chore system and a way to earn extra money but mainly to help their minds stay busy as well.

The day of the funeral I decided I wanted to honor his beautiful short life by not taking things for granted.

And so, Ollie & Oak Home was born. I realized I was great at helping people create systems around their lives. Whatever season they are in, messy or not. Originally created as a professional organization company I wanted to help others who have ever felt so overwhelmed that it paralyzed them, as it had me. And help at least 1 person or family with my services at least once a month in his honor.

We have evolved a bit since then. The more experience I got, the more I realized that the "perfect" life on everyone's socials is such a sliver of the way things are. People need functional systems and planners built around what they are going through because most people's lives are chaotic & the trends don't last & don't often work for everyone. I got tired of pretending all the toxic positivity didn't make me feel like I was failing & I had a feeling other people might too. And I was right, obviously.

But, seriously, thanks for making my little dream come true.

Recap- Ollie in honor of my nephew's short life & Oak symbolizing nature, new beginnings, and managing the messy seasons too.
